Commercial (office) development

MOLA has a unique record as the major provider of archaeological consultancy, desk-based assessment and fieldwork for urban commercial (office) development.

MOLA, or its immediate predecessor, has been carrying out this kind of work in the City of London for 30 years, Greater London for 20 years, and towns and cities across the UK for five years. We bring the product of this considerable experience to the table in discussing and planning for the particular complexities of commercial/office development: the constrained site-space of inner-city development, tight construction programmes, and frequently, shared site occupancy.

Some of the hundreds of commercial developments we have been involved with include:

The City of London

• 30 Gresham Street, 20 Fenchurch St and One New Change (Land Securities)
• Finsbury Avenue Square and Plantation Place (British Land)
• Farringdon St and Blackfriars Court (Development Securities)
