The forensic archaeology team have provided advice and services to Police forces in the south east since 1997. Archaeological specialists frequently deal with fragmentary or burnt material and can obtain useful data from even the smallest remains.

Services range from the rapid determination of whether bones are human or animal, the location of buried remains, and body recovery using detailed archaeological excavation techniques.
