Museum of London archaeology gets a mention in the latest edition of the Bank of Ireland Group's inhouse magazine, Banktalk. The Bank is currently looking forward to moving into their new flagship UK offices, leased on four floors of Bow Bells House.
Roman glass found on siteBut as the Bank looks to the future, they've also paused to acknowledge the fascinating history of the Bow Bells House site, located adjacent to St Mary Le Bow at Bow Bells Church and close to St Paul's Cathedral. As revealed by the Museum of London Archaeology Service excavations, the land where the building now stands has seen many different uses since Roman times.
