Archaeology is being uncovered in Greater London all the time. This is a highly collaborative effort, involving numerous archaeologists drawn not only from London but also from other parts of Britain and the world.

If you are interested in learning more about the archaeology of your London neighbourhood, why not get in touch with your local archaeological/ historical society, or visit your museum or local studies library? Click on the links to the left for further information about archaeological societies, museums and local studies libraries in each of the Greater London boroughs.
