The books and periodicals in the LAARC library primarily relate to the subject of archaeology in Greater London, although some do cover a broader geographic area. Periodicals of particular interest to researchers include London Archaeologist, Transactions of the London and Middlesex Archaeological Society (LAMAS Transactions) and Archaeologia. Books include publications by Museum of London Archaeology and other archaeological contractors working in the Greater London region, in addition to more general texts on topics such as Roman London and small finds research.

Please note however that the LAARC does not hold a complete run of all periodicals.
