Robin Nielsen joined the Museum in 1987 and is now a Senior Contract Manager. His work comprises consultancy, impact assessment and project design. He is responsible for initiating, negotiating and managing all aspects of archaeological projects in the City, south-east London and Kent, and has considerable experience advising and liaising with clients and their agents, heritage organisations and other statutory bodies.
Before becoming a Project Manager in 1998, Robin was involved in numerous field evaluations, excavations, watching briefs, desktop assessments and post-excavation publication projects.
