Nicky became a Project Manager with Museum of London Archaeology in 2006. In 2007, she was appointed Post-Excavation Project Manager, responsible for seeing the current field projects of a team of contract managers through to completion, as well as dealing with a number of backlog MOLA post-excavation projects and finds-specialist projects for external clients.
Nicky joined MOLA in 2005, having worked as an archaeologist and finds specialist for an archaeological field unit in the Thames Valley, and then as a Finds Liaison Officer for the Portable Antiquities Scheme in Devon. She has carried out excavations in the Thames Valley, Majorca and Scotland, and undertaken topographical and geophysical surveys in the north and east of Scotland.
