George Dennis has been a professional archaeologist for 25 years and has played a key role in managing major projects for Museum of London Archaeology since 1991. Previously he worked in the aerospace industry and as archaeological planning advisor to a group of London boroughs, where he took a lead role in drafting archaeological policies and constraint mapping for Unitary Development Plans.
George is a specialist in Cultural Resource Management and a skilled negotiator at director/partner level with both private and public corporations. He has considerable experience of consultancy and of working as part of an integrated project team, having managed the archaeological element of major infrastructure projects such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link; A2/M2 widening in Kent; East London Line Extension; Crossrail and the Jubilee Line Extension.
