We are looking to recruit a Built Heritage Consultant to join our Planning team. You will have a number of varied responsibilities including consultancy advice to clients, costing, organising, managing and delivering heritage statements, conservation management plans and other built heritage projects.
The successful post holder will have a track record in the effective and efficient planning and delivery of projects, knowledge of the built heritage market and a proven background in a competitive commercial environment. With a relevant degree, they will have excellent planning, organising and managing skills and be confident and effective communicators with good interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to motivate staff. Membership of the IHBC will be a requirement of the post. Some travel around the UK is required, and a full driving licence is essential. The post is based in our London office.
